Grace West Mission Church is hosting our first-ever retreat! Join us a for a weekend away from the city, for a time of rest, exploring God's creation, and deep connection with one another.

Early Bird Deposit (ends Jun 2 - extended): $50 per adult, $35 per child (2-17 years old)
Regular Deposit: $60 per adult, $45 per child (2-17 years old)
Deposits covers food & activities. Deposits are refundable up to June 14.

After you’ve completed the Household Sign-Up form and submitted your deposit, you’ll hear back from one of our retreat committee members in June. You will receive an Accommodations Request form where you will request your top 3 preferences (ex. tent site, shared cabins, motel rooms, cottages). Once we know your preferences, we will do our best to reserve your first choice accommodation and send you an invoice. Individuals and families can expect to pay an additional $50 - $250 for the 2 nights.

Financial Assistance:
The retreat will be too great an opportunity to miss out on, and we want to make it possible for anyone who would like to attend the retreat to attend. Bursaries will be provided based on financial need. To apply for a bursary, please contact Jenn Seo (jenn@gracewest.to). All bursary requests will be kept confidential.
